For the last two years, I’ve been blessed to work with a leader of men and women, a trainer of young minds, a poet, a gentleman, a scholar; a truly good man named Donal Cogdell. He performs under the name Reflect, and this is his music.
Some of what is on this album was inspired by a terrible thing that happened to one of our students; turning pain, grief, anger and blood into art is a grand act of transubstantiation.
If Silence Is Betrayal, then shouting from the rooftops is the greatest act of love, support and praise.
Listen, from beginning to end, and share…you won’t be sorry.
